# PlaceFull pricing

PlaceFull charges no monthly fee. Its fee is 2% of each card payment (the default rate; a studio can be set differently), which the studio absorbs, splits with the customer, or charges the customer as a service fee. Cash and recorded-elsewhere payments carry no fee. Stripe's own processing fee is separate and goes to Stripe.

## What you pay

- **No monthly fee, no setup fee.** A quiet month costs you nothing.
- **2% of each card payment** (the default rate), taken as a Stripe application fee when the customer pays. A booking paid in cash, or recorded as paid elsewhere, carries no fee.
- **Who pays it is your setting:** absorb it (the default), split it with the customer, or add it to the customer's total as a service fee.
- **Stripe's processing fee is separate**, at Stripe's published rate, paid to Stripe from your own Stripe account.
- **A refund gives the fee back in proportion:** refund half of a booking and half of its fee is reversed.

## How money moves

Stripe Connect direct charges. Customers pay you on your own Stripe account, in your own name: you are the merchant of record, and Stripe pays out to you on its own schedule. Your money never touches ours.

## What is included

Everything. Classes, reservations, space rentals, memberships and class passes, the hosted booking page for each location, embeds for your own website, the REST API and the MCP server for AI assistants. There is no higher tier.
