Accessibility

PlaceFull aims for every booking page it serves to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That covers a studio's pages, checkout, sign-in, booking and account pages, the booking tools a studio places on its own website, and the emails customers receive.

How we keep to it

Every page is checked automatically whenever it changes, under several studio colour schemes, and by hand with a keyboard and a screen reader. Studios choose their own colours; PlaceFull adjusts them where needed so text stays readable.

What is outside our control

A studio writes its own descriptions and chooses its own photos. Card details are entered in fields provided by the payment processor. Where either falls short, tell us and we will work with the studio or the processor.

Email support@placefull.com with the page's address and what got in your way. We reply within two business days, and we can help you book in another way while we fix it.
